PAS thanks Chinese for support!!!

According to Malaysiakini reports, PAS has expressed gratitude to Chinese voters who backed Malay Pakatan Rakyat candidates in the recently concluded general election, even if it meant having to vote against a fellow Chinese.

PAS information chief Tuan Ibrahim Tuan Man said the action of these voters proved the claim by Umno that the Chinese had rejected the Malays to be A BIG SLANDER!

“The Chinese voters were willing to vote for Malay candidates without any narrow racial sentiments, as claimed by Umno. There are tens of Parliament and state assembly seats that were contested by Malay candidates against candidates from the Tiong Hua (Chinese), in mixed constituencies, which were won by the Malays, proving that Chinese voters were willing to reject candidates of their own race,” Tuan Ibrahim said in a statement today.

Tuan Ibrahim has also reasoned that the Umno claim could also be part of an INTERGRATED efforts through the mainstream media to create a smokescreen to hide possible cheating in the election and for Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak to secure his position in Umno.

Umno, Tuan Ibrahim added, must cease “playing with fire” by using the results of the 13th general election to stoke flames of Chinese-versus-Malay sentiments, especially since this was not based on facts.

Indeed this is very true! Just like his late father, Najib Razak continuous effort to blame the Chinese for any problems faced by Umno should STOP if he is really serious about his job as Malaysian’s premier. DO NOT play the racial card and Blame Game everytime Umno is in crisis. Instead, please get your house in order before you want to blame any community for your headache!

You talk about ‘conciliation’ and ‘Prime Minister for all races’ but every time you are cornered like a poor puppy, you decided to ‘jump the wall’ and point out the blaming finger! Come on Jib… surely you can do better than that, can’t you??!!

Chinese Tsunami that benefited Malays? Possible??

Meanwhile, in another statement, Pahang PAS information chief Suhaimi Md Saad explained that DAP’s big win in the election did nothing to lessen the number of Malay MPs in Parliament.

In fact, Suhaimi said, the success of Pakatan’s candidates only served to increase that number by seven.

NONEHe citing various examples of Malay Pakatan parliamentary and state seat candidates from PKR, DAP and PAS defeating their BN challengers, including Chinese candidates.

Among the examples given are:

  • Rafizi Ramli (PKR, right) who won against Gary Lim (BN) in Pandan;
  • Dr Siti Mariah Mahmud (PAS), who won against S Murugesan (BN) in Kota Raja;
  • Abdul Khalid Ibrahim (PKR) who won against Tan Kok Eng (BN) in Bandar Tun Razak;
  • Imran Hamid (PKR) who won against Kong Cho Ha (BN) in Lumut;
  • Mohd Ariss Sabri Abdul Aziz (DAP) who won against Hoh Khai Mun (BN) in Raub;
  • Idris Ahmad (PKR) who won against K Parthiban (BN) in Ijok;
  • Tengku Zulpuri Shah Raja Puji (DAP) who won against Chuah Boon Seong (BN) in Mentakab; and
  • Mohd Rashid Hasnon (PKR) who won against Wong Mun Hoe (BN) in Pantai Jerejak.

As to how former Johor Menteri Besar Abdul Ghani Othman could to lose to DAP supremo Lim Kit Siang (left) in Gelang Patah, Johor, Suhaimi said Ghani himself “looked for trouble”, by choosing to contest in a Chinese-majority seat within a constituency that used to be “owned” by MCA.

To further debunk Umno’s claim that non-Malays went against Malays in the ballot box, he further cited 13 examples of seats where non-Malay BN candidates won in Malay-majority constituencies.

He’s getting married tomorrow!

Straight from Malaysiakini:

Ean Yong refused to believe that Teo would have taken his own life.

 “He was going to get married, why would he want to commit suicide,” the visibly distraught DAP leader told reporters in Shah Alam.

According to the state exco, Teo looked normal before heading off to the MACC office.

“He looked calm. Before he went to the MACC office, (lawyer M) Manoharan and myself talked to him about how to answer the questions.

“If there was any problems, I should be the one (to face action). I don’t see any reason for him to commit suicide,” he said.

This is what other Pakatan leaders had to say about Teo’s death:

Lau Weng San, DAP Kampung Tunku assemblyperson

MACC should provide a full explanation. I would ask that the investigating officers be suspended until a thorough investigation is done.

 It is difficult to continue cooperating with MACC (on the investigation of corruption charges) when our personal safety is not guaranteed. They better arrest me than record my statement if I am going to subjected to ‘torture’.

MACC should get its priority straight. This is a case which involves (relatively) lower amount of money; it involves a few thousand, at most RM10 000. Why conduct an overnight investigation? There are other scandals which involve billions. What was the urgency for an all night probe when MACC has all the documents?

Teo was a healthy, energetic young man and his death comes as a shock. There was no need for him to commit suicide.

Teresa Kok, Selangor exco and DAP Kinrara assemblyperson

MACC has to be responsible for the death. There are a lot of questions being raised. Why did it (the investigation) drag on for so long? Why did MACC deny Teo access to a lawyer? Why should he (Teo) hang around the office (after he was released), and what sort of investigation was being carried out?

We are all very sad with the death of Teo which we hold MACC responsible for.

Hannah Yeoh, DAP Subang assemblyperson

I am extremely traumatised and shocked by Teo’s death. I last spoke to him yesterday, after lunch, before MACC came to us. He was a friend of mine.

I do not know what to say because at the moment we do not know what really happened to him. I now fear for the safety of my assistant.

Elizabeth Wong, Selangor exco and PKR Bukit Lanjan assemblyperson

I am shocked and outraged. This tragic incident is another reminder of the recklessness of supposedly public institutions like the MACC in pursuing the goals of its political masters.

 Let me be clear, I hold the MACC responsible for Teo’s death. The shameless press conference this afternoon by MACC director of investigations Shukri Abdull is the biggest insult to the death of an innocent young man, and to Malaysians at large.

Does the MACC think it holds powers greater than the police when it interrogated Teo from 5pm to 4am the next day? In the face of such a frightening incident, I will not allow any of my staff to be taken in for questioning by MACC unless accompanied by their legal counsel.

The police must seal off Plaza Masalam and take into custody all those involved in the interrogation. Shukri should save whatever honour he and the MACC has left by resigning.

Tony Pua, DAP MP for Petaling Jaya Utara

Whatever it is, he was under their care. And it is fishing expedition, of people who will be the last person in the world to take money. This has gone completely over board.

Tan Seng Giaw , DAP MP for Kepong

We should let the police investigate first? Some people say there is foul play but let police investigate first.

Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail, PKR president

PKR is shocked and saddened by this incident. We want an immediate and thorough probe to be carried out by the police and MACC. Immediate action must be taken to ensure that justice is served.

Khairy Jamaluddin, Umno Youth chief

I will call for Royal Commission of Inquiry but we must not pre-judge and cast aspersions as per LKS (Lim Kit Siang).

Wow… even the Son-in-Law also open his golden mouth to comment… Hmmm… this time MACC realli in real deep sh*t! But what’s the use of a Royal Commission of Inquiry? Nothing happened to the previous recommendation of RCI on Lingam & Co case! Any action on the 11 policemen who was involved in Kugan’s death? Till now, nobody was hauled to the court of law for action! SHAME SHAME SHAME on you SIL for suggesting a pointless solution!

Ceramah Perdana Pakatan Rakyat in Penang

There will be a Ceramah Perdana organised by Pakatan Rakyat this coming Saturday evening in the Esplanade. Among the heavyweights of the Pakatan speakers will be Anwar Ibrahim and Lim Guan Eng.

As being reported by Malaysiakini, Anwar is expected to give his supporters a major policy speech to be delivered on the first-year anniversary of the ground-breaking March 8, 2008 general elections in KL. However, many would also expect him to include some points of his much awaited major policy speech in this coming ceramah in Penang.

Read here for more information on this event by Jack Luo – the Jack of All Traits.

The Internet newsportal of Malaysiakini also reported that Sunday’s speech by Anwar Ibrahim could go a long way in supersession, a development to be welcomed if only because democracies must be averse to a dominant set of vocal chords. Long Live Democracy, Long Live the People’s Power!

Karpal Singh digs up Sh*t in umno

umno youth demonstration against karpal singh 100209 10My He may be old but full of wisdom.
He may be handicapped but full of strategies.
He may be physically weak but his spirit and virtues are as strong as ever.
This is our Karpal Singh – a man who is renowned for his fury and strong character when it comes to democracy and justice in Malaysia.

 By speaking up his mind ie. that a sultan is “sue-able”, he has stirred up the hornets’ nest and allow Malaysians (maybe the whole world) to see how hyphocrite those people who are holding high public post in the country. Last Friday, the barbarians from umno was trying to put some kind of intimidation by organising a street protest near his home after they attempted the same thing near his office. But Taikor Jeff Ooi knew it’s not easy even to shake up this Tiger of Jelutong!

According to Malaysian Insider, amongst those who reacted strongly to his comments were our very famous leaders who have great aspiration to climb higher in their party as well as political hierachy. Here we got Datuk Seri Khir Toyo (who tried to march to Karpal Singh’s house), Khairy Jamaluddin (who called for banishment), Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Hussein (who has been calling for action against treason) and Tan Sri Muhammad Muhammad Taib (who has been calling for action against bloggers who have commented on the Perak sultan).

Malaysian Insider also questioned that whether we Malaysians do really need these leaders to lead us. These leaders who were ‘branded’ as emotional, reactionary and irrational leaders as such, who fly at a moment’s anger or upset with political rivals to consider a march, a banishment, rallies and harsh action against those who differ with them in philosophy and opinion?

At the same time, we all know what these super dupa leaders are capable of. The most infamous of all shoud be this ‘anak hantu toyol’ who shipped tonnes of government’s secrets out of the MB residence the very night when he was defeated by the people’s power. We also got the useless Son in Law of the Malaysia who is good at nothing but organising street protests and causing traffic jams.

We also got our ‘silenced’ Keris-mudin who is trying revive his eroding family’s grip in umno. Used to be one of the most outspoken young leaders, many put the blame on him for the coalition huge lost last election. As for this fellow with Double Muhammad to his name… SIGHHHHH… I thought he supposed to clean his ass in Australian cells when he was caught with loads of CASH – undeclared monies in his attempt to ‘smuggle’ them into Oz. Only the devil knew why he brought so much cash into Australia but one reason was maybe he was too high profile to visit Genting. LOL!

How in the world can we Malaysians got ourselves to be led by these ‘so-call’ leaders? But one comfy things that we ought to know is fortunately, we have options now even if Umno doesn’t realise it yet. 🙂

Toyo-l caused havoc in Penang!

The time was around 1430hrs in the afternoon. A cool breeze was brushing my cheek as the weather was not sooooo hot anymore cos we just got a break from the hot spell when a short but sufficient showers filled our island in the early morning.

However, things were getting quite hot here along Jalan Utama – a place where our ‘flamboyant’ Malaysian lawyer Karpal Singh calls home. A group of  ‘gangsters’ from umno (who else?) gathering near Youth Park in their bid to march towards the residence of Karpal Singh to protest against the dear ol’ lawyer’s intention to sue His Royal Highness of Perak for his ‘wise’ role in the Perak debacle. I wonder how come got so many people can ‘ponteng’ kerja just to come and join in this protest. I mean, don’t they need to work? They don’t have any families to feed? Why come out and cause traffic jams again around the area? How uncivilised and inconsiderate lot!

As the Malaysiakini reports: Former Selangor menteri besar Dr Mohd Khir Toyo (the one with a black songkok in the picture) and a local Umno Youth leader were picked up by the police for questioning in an aborted protest march against veteran parliamentarian Karpal Singh in George Town today.

umno youth demo against karpal singh penang 130209 khir toyoMohd Khir’s car was stopped at a junction near Waterfall Hotel as he was leaving with his aides and Permatang Pauh Umno Youth chief Mohd Zaidi Said. They were then escorted by a patrol car to the city police headquarters in Jalan Patani for questioning.

Of coz, this toyol was later released by our Men in Blue as I believe this kind of sandiwara was to appease the Pakatan Rakyat’s leadership in the State.

But I got to commend on the way our Men in blue did their job here. When these road gangsters were organising themselves to march in protest towards the residence of Karpal Singh, our state police chief took some decisive action by giving these ‘uneducated hordes’ a 5 minutes ultimum for them to disperse peacefully or face police actions.

With their cowardice kind of nature, the crowd quickly dispersed to avoid any untoward confrontation with the police force. Hiding behind the yellow headband of ‘Daulat Tuanku’, I think these barbarians has chosen a wrong venue to create ‘disturbance’. Hey, here is Penang lah. If you might have failed your History, we don’t have sultans or raja to rule over the state. All we got is a governer who live comfortably in his ‘grand place’ and I don’t think he is that interested to bother about your issue here!

These bast**d realli ‘bertalam 2 muka’ (double faced). When the Old “M”an took away the power of the royalty some time ago, we couldn’t find a single soul from these cowards to come out and defend the monarchy. When Pak Lah did not agree with appointment of MBs in Perlis and Terengganu, how come the same group of people didn’t come out and accuse their Big Brother of committing ‘treason’ against the monarchy? But when Karpal Singh said something not according to the will of the sultan of Perak, we get people protesting near his office in KL and now we got people crossing the bridge to come to our island to create havoc and trouble! What a blantant double standard. Bullshit!!!!!

So to those anak anak toyol and anak anak hantu, please do not come here to kacau kacau. Too bad I didn’t manage to bring along some rotten eggs. If I ever knew that our si Toyol would be there, I’ll bring some to let him know how ‘un-welcome’ he is on our island. Go read my previous blog on “Toyol kacau lagi” and you’ll know what a pain in the ass this guy has always been. Havoc and trouble follows him wherever he goes. Pohdah si Toyol!!!

Invasion of the Cron-ies

Oh NOOOOOO…. Together with the ‘frogs’ in Pakatan Rakyat and a SUPER froggie, the Perak State Government falls under the tremendous pressure from Be End coalition led by Najiv Rojak.

Alas, the Malaysiakini reports that at 5:30pm, it has been confirmed that ‘PERAK GOVERNMENT FALLS’. Najib said at his press conference that the Barisan Nasional has the support of the four former Pakatan Perak assemblypersons – three will be “BN-friendly” Independents, while Nasarudin will rejoin Umno.

At first, I was quite surprise to see a small potato in Nasarudin could be willing to jump ship (though he knows very well that Be End is a sinking ship). However, now it turns out that this Nasarudin was some kind of a ‘mole’ to ‘instigate’ those frogs in Pakatan to jump over. This Nasarudin super froggie indeed has great ‘suspension’ as he was able to jump over and OVER again!  LOL 🙂

Now it’s up to our highly respected Sultan of Perak to decide the future of Perak. Will he be willing to listen to his rakyat and dissolve the State Assembly so that a new State election will be held to give the rakyat another chance to choose their leaders, OR…. the Majesty will choose to allow Najiv Rojak to form a new State Government by hook or by crook without requiring a new mandate from the people of Perak.

Najiv Rojak would be very afraid of having a new round of state-wide elections as he has been very very fearful of by-elections. Having been defeated twice already since March 08, I don’t think Najiv has the guts to face another rounds of by-elections. Therefore, we are able to see our EC, our ever ‘independant’ EC taking up the role to determine which letter is authentic, and which one is not.

Come on lah… it’s not the EC job to say who has resigned and who’s not. If the Speaker of the Assembly announced that A has resigned, who is EC to say A has not?! This is soooo absurd! But then again, Malaysia Boleh! Yes… so we get to see many impossibilities in our political stage.

Let’s pray that His Majesty will be willing to make a very wise decision that benefit his rakyat! Oh by the way, Happy Silver Jubilee Your Majesty, though it’s abit belated. 🙂

D-Day for Man of the Week?

According to Pak Lah, today will be the Day Ahmed the damn racist know about his political fate.

While he defiantly refused to apologise – which I think most people won’t give a damn on his apology, the row now spread to ‘inter-Be End’ component parties where Gerakan found himself with a new nemesis in umno pulau pinang.

The Star reports: To a question on why he had failed to control the situation, Abdullah replied: ”We haven’t finished dealing with him yet. If by tomorrow we cannot do anything, then of course you can say that.” With this, we expect that umno will take stern action on this culprit or maybe, Pak Lah will only give him a slap on the wrist to pacify Gerakan without angering umno grassroots.

Yes… It’s confirmed! According to Malaysiakini, Abdullah merely gave Ahmed the Racist a slap on the wrist by suspending him for 3 years – effectively allowing him to come back in less than 1000 days. Seems that the warning by our Army chief that those who ‘incite racial hatred’ must be dealt with sternly has fallen on deaf ears. They don’t give it a damn even to our Army chief. What to do? Pak Lah doesn’t even have the guts to SACK our Man of the Week thus embolden those racist to come up and say things that would hurt the harmony of the nation in higher frequency rate!

I wonder what Gerakan would do next. Leaving the ‘Be End’ ship? It will be very interesting to see how Koh Tsu Khoon react to this kind of ‘slap on the wrist’ punishment. It’s time to see and judge whether Koh Tsu Khoon would continue to be his paper tiger or he may have learnt some lessons and will try to grab this opportunity to shed his paper tiger image.

Lim Guan Eng from DAP was sent to jail just because he was trying to protect a Malay girl who was allegedly raped by one of the big shot in umno on sedition charge, I was aghast and horrifyingly disgusted when a small peanut in umno was not ‘punished’ when he was screaming on top of his voice to warn fellow Chinese Malaysian not to ‘bully’ their Malays in the country. Indeed, Pak Lah has proved once again that we got a weakling at the helm of our country and he is leading our country nowhere.
